Please log in your progress ,Weight  maintenance is just as important as weight loss . Rather your on break ,  or at your goal weight .

Well I did not make my goal weight by the date I was suppose to . But at least I am in the healthy range . Still 40 pounds to go , man oh man it it being resistant lol.

It's been nice outside. Doesn't seem like anyone is spending much time on any of the sites . Except for myself some . I have been hunting for schools and jobs . Would love to find some thing part time . To fill the gaps in my life , and keep me busy .Even hunting , keeps me from sitting around ,or sleeping and just thinking about food . Also helps keeps my brain from turning to jelly .

Now if I can just drop another 30-40 pounds without a binge ?

The closer I get the harder it is to lose weight . I have got to keep occupied here.
