Mine has been complaining , but I think your right . My maintenance  calorie intake is about 1370 a day and 1200 a day  to lose weight  . That's only a 170 calorie difference . Not exactly a huge difference . Guess I'll just have to try to be patient ? (My I want every thing now altitude still flares up at times ).

We will all lose this weight and together we will learn to keep it off for good!

You will lose that 5 pounds before you know it!

Maybe it is your bodies way of saying this is where you should be!

Don't know my body has never gotten to this point- but this year it will.

Keep track of what you learn so you can share when the rest of us get there!

You will you've got what it takes to be a life long winner . All of you do . Your such a strength and inspiration .
I gained 5 pounds this time I weighed ,But I know I'll take it back off . We can do this .
Hey any suggestions for maintainability ? I'm hoping to be there soon ?

I know I hope they have not QUIT on themselves!

Losing weight and getting healthy is far too important!

Thought of giving up but could not do that ! I will get to

a healthy weight this year!

we have so many people that join the site and wanted the same thing i wanted to lose weight,but slowly everyone that wanted went away and i have not seen them on the page anymore, but for me as hard as it may be i still want what i came here to do and that is to get healthy and i will keep trying to i get it right,

everyday is a battle for me..thats no lie, I have my good days and my great days and my down days . Sometimes i get myself so work up for the first couple of days .and bam the monster takes over my thinking and tells me tomorrow another day eat what you want or look at yourself in the mirror what makes you think that all that fat is going to go away..lol..so mess up now..

I have to work really hard at getting more on program this past week has been really ridiculous. ok did not go buy the stuff i needed leg too painful, and I should have asked for help just hate bothering people. now i need to wise up

Laura,

Keep with your program. That's what's going to help you reach your goal and STAY there. That does NOT mean that there won't be days or moments when you will deviate at times. Even people who approach food in a healthy and NORMAL way, deviate from time to time (i.e., treat themselves). Just make sure you don't STAY there when you do. Have that treat, then get back to work. And ENJOY every bite of it when you do. The difference is now, as you said, even the "bad" foods must be had on purpose. This is what I'm learning NOW. There is a difference between binging or cheating, vs. treating ourselves from time to time. If you know you can work it off, and that you probably won't have a treat like that for at least another week, then treat yourself
